Product Purchases

If you purchase items through the Site, you are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of any such credit card or the owner of any such checking account. You are responsible for payment of any applicable provincial, state, local or city sales taxes. Applicable sales taxes and shipping and handling charges will be included in the purchase.

Customer Return Policy

Far East Health offers a total customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers who are not completely satisfied with the product(s) they have purchased can return all unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original date of purchase, for a complete refund, less any shipping costs. Products that have been opened or used may receive a complete refund if and only if the steps are taken to return the opened bottle of product with a marked RA number on a paper within the package that is returned to Far East Health. If the steps below are not followed, the refund will not be issued to customers by Far East Health.

Products that are returned in re-saleable (unopened and unused – the seal must be intact) condition within 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price less any shipping costs (unless otherwise required by state or provincial law). Products that are being returned to Far East Health must be marked (as instructed above) with a clearly visible Return Authorization (RA) number.

Before any product(s) can be returned to Far East Health, an RA number is required. To obtain a RA number, the Customer must contact Far East Health’s Customer Service Department and provide the sale order number(s) for all products being returned.

Each item that is being returned to Far East Health must include a clearly visible RA number on a paper that is included in the package (not on the product itself). The Customer will receive a refund once Far East Health has received the product(s) and has verified the RA number. All credits will be made by the same method of payment as was used for the original order.

Items that are returned to Far East Health without a clearly visible RA number in the package (NOT on the product) will be refused. If the RA number is written ON the product, Far East Health will NOT grant the refund.

Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the Customer. Products are considered re-saleable if they are unused, unopened and have not surpassed the expiration date. Any products that are not considered to be in re-saleable condition will only be accepted for a refund if it received by Far East Health within 30 days of the original purchase date. All other products (used OR unused) will not be accepted for refund.

If products are not received within the 30 days, the Customer will then have the option of having the product(s) returned to them, at their own cost. Should the Customer not notify Far East Health in writing within ten days of Far East Health’s notice of non-acceptance that it wishes to have the products returned to him or her, Far East Health will dispose of the products without any liability or compensation to the Customer.

Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of the date of return and acceptance by Far East Health. Once the refund is issued by Far East Health, it may take 3 – 5 business days for the funds to transfer back to your account, depending on your financial institution.

PLEASE NOTE: if a Customer has returned product under the terms of this return policy and received any refund whatsoever from Far East Health, Far East Health will BLOCK all future purchase attempts from or from this Customer.

Shipping Policy

If a package has not arrived within 10 business days of when it is ordered, Customer may call to report this to Far East Health. If after 20 business days from the time of the order, Customer still has not received the ordered product, Far East Health will assume the order has been received and it will no longer be in any way the liability of Far East Health, but will be considered lost in delivery.

In addition, if a package delivery has been attempted by the USPS and Customer has already confirmed the address with Far East Health customer service, Customer will be required to contact their local post office to inquire the reason why they will not deliver to the address listed. Far East Health will make no further delivery attempts until address is confirmed from USPS. If Customer would like to ship it to a different address, they may do so only if the address is confirmed by USPS as a legitimate address that they will ship to. If Customer with returned package submits a request to Far East Health to send to a different address and this package is also returned, Far East Health will no longer allow orders from this Customer.

Submissions and Privacy

Any material, information or ideas you transmit to or post on the Site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Far East Health for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast, posting, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to Far East Health will be handled in accordance with the Far East Health Privacy Policy. Far East Health has no responsibility to respond to messages posted at the Site. Furthermore, posting or transmittal of any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, inflammatory obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violation of any law is strictly prohibited.
